Key Responsibilities
- Tactical planning and execution to release BOM and drawings of projects as per plan by deploying resources.
- Plan and implement cost reduction concepts for projects which are to be introduced in standard + X program.
- Talent acquisition, development, and retention. Lead people to achieve Self-management, superior performance, consistent with Armstrong values.
- Clear FAT, SAT related issues on priority, visit sites to improve designs, handshake points, solve issues etc.
- Thorough implementation of data storage, retrieval, and security management protocols.
Competencies
Knowledge of Machine design, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, manufacturing process and Raw / finished.material / goods availability in marketLeadership skills, Interpersonal communication skills, Logical and tactical thinking.Good Analytical skills and strong command over Engineering basics for design calculations and critical design thinking.Hands on knowledge of Inventor and Auto cad.Systematic approach to plan and execute projects / experiments, risk mitigation skill.Ability to respect and implement principles and values of organization.Qualification
