Job Responsibilities

The International Trade Commissioner plays a critical role in developing new markets, establishing and maintaining overseas customer relationships, and expanding the market share of the company's products.

Key responsibilities include :

• Collecting and analyzing market information to stay ahead of competitors in the same industry
• Negotiating sales contracts that align with the company's strategic goals
• Monitoring order execution to ensure timely delivery and meet customer expectations
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication, understanding their needs, providing solutions, handling inquiries and feedback, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
