Key Responsibilities :
- Accelerate Growth : Drive lead generation, outreach, and conversion by aligning messaging with customer needs.
- Own Client Lifecycle : Manage the full sales funnel — from first touch to onboarding, retention, and expansion.
- Enable Sales : Support Account Executives with collateral, customer insights, and coordination for smooth account management.
- Drive GTM Campaigns : Partner with marketing to execute campaigns, refine messaging, and build conversion-driven assets.
- Track & Optimize : Use performance data to improve outreach, onboarding, and customer engagement workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Product, Tech, and Ops to align on customer needs and growth priorities.
- Understand our ICPs, personas, and buyer journeys — and tailor messaging across the funnel
