Care247 → is a next-generation Digital healthcare platform powered by AI for emergency and everyday care by connecting talented medical and wellness partners / providers with members / patients across India. We’re on a mission to reimagine healthcare– from metros and Tier 1 to Tier 2, 3 cities – by empowering Doctors, Nurses, Caregivers, Wellness professionals to deliver care anytime, anywhere virtually including 24 / 7 rapid emergency response coordination across India. WHAT You’ll DO?

The Lead Sales Navigator will be the driving force behind Care247’s sales and marketing growth engine. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of designing innovative sales / marketing strategies while also executing them relentlessly across multiple outreach channels. This is a high-impact role with best-in-class earnings, ideal for someone who wants to build a career in healthcare sales while contributing to a mission that improves lives.

You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, converting sales, enabling care specialists, and building a consistent flow of customers for Care247’s subscription and service offerings.

1. Strategy & Innovation

  • Design, refine, and execute  creative sales and marketing strategies  for digital healthcare services.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities, customer segments, and partnership ideas.
  • Build funnels and journeys for NRI families, working professionals, seniors, and corporate clients.

2. Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Execute  high-intensity tele-calling  to generate / convert leads from inbound / outbound sources.
  • Run targeted  social media outreach  on WhatsApp, , Facebook, Instagram, and NRI groups.
  • Utilize Care247’s digital platforms & CRM tools to manage pipelines and track conversions.
  • Conduct follow-ups, demos, and product explanations to drive sign-ups.
  • 3. Sales Execution & Conversions

  • Convert prospects into Care247 subscribers using need-based, value-driven conversations.
  • Drive high performance through daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
  • Maintain an exceptional closure rate and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • 4. Training & Enablement

  • Train and coach  other Care Specialists  to become confident sales professionals.
  • Build simple playbooks, scripts, and guidelines to improve team performance.
  • Support periodic workshops on sales techniques, customer handling, and product pitching.
  • 5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine messaging.
  • Share insights from calls and market experience to improve service offerings.
  • Represent Care247 with professionalism and empathy.

    Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Healthcare Outreach, Customer Acquisition, or Business Development.
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, wellness, or digital platforms is an advantage.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English + Hindi / regional language.
  • Ability to work independently with discipline, collabaration and ownership
  • Comfortable using design tools like Canva, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, AiSensy and social media..
