Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Mechatronics Systems Engineer with strong expertise in hardware integration, motor systems, and control interfaces, ideally with exposure to robotics, micro-mobility, or industrial automation. This role will be instrumental in bridging mechanical systems with electrical control systems for high-performance e-mobility vehicles.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including embedded systems, mechanical design, and manufacturing partners to deliver electro-mechanical subsystems that are robust, scalable, and manufacturable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate electro-mechanical subsystems including wiring harnesses, motor drives, actuator assemblies , and sensor systems .
- Specify and source trans-axle motors , BLDCs, and actuators suitable for micro-mobility platforms.
- Collaborate with system architects and software teams to define hardware interfaces , especially in relation to RF controllers, sensors , and industrial protocols .
- Lead hardware integration and end-to-end testing on electro-mechanical assemblies — from prototype through production.
- Interface with vendors and manufacturing partners to ensure DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and component traceability .
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical integration issues in real time during test and validation phases.
Preferred Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech or M.E. / M.Tech in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering , or equivalent.3–7 years of experience in electro-mechanical system design and integration .Familiarity with robotics actuators , sensor technologies , and motor drive systems (trans-axle, BLDC, servo motors).Experience with hardware testing , validation tools, and debugging tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, CAN analyzers).Knowledge of RF / wireless controllers , basic PCB-level debugging , and power distribution systems .Strong documentation skills including BOMs, wiring schematics, and integration guides .Bonus Skills
Experience in micro-mobility or e-mobility platforms (e.g., e-scooters, electric bikes, AGVs).Exposure to Fanuc, KUKA, Yaskawa , or other industrial robotics platforms.CAD familiarity (e.g. SolidWorks) for mechanical-electrical layout validation.Exposure to robot safety standards , EMI / EMC compliance, or IP-rated enclosures .Why Join Us
