Job Summary :

We are looking for a self-driven and technically skilled Business Development Officer (BDO) to help grow our WordPress development services. This role is focused on lead generation, proposal drafting, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The right candidate will have strong communication skills and a sound understanding of WordPress development to bridge the gap between technical teams and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate and qualify leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and email outreach
• Understand client requirements and prepare accurate, technically sound proposals for WordPress projects
• Collaborate with technical teams to scope project timelines, features, and cost estimates
• Share proposals, handle queries, and follow up with leads until closure
• Maintain proper lead tracking and communication history in PM tools
• Stay informed on trends in WordPress, plugins, page builders, PHP and related services
• Act as the communication bridge between clients and internal development teams
