About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Automation / AI Tool Expert to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions across business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI-driven automation, workflow optimization, and tool integration. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of identifying automation opportunities, developing custom solutions, and leveraging AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using AI tools, APIs, and platforms to optimize business processes.
  • Identify opportunities for AI and automation adoption across departments to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Integrate and manage automation tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier, Make (Integromat), and custom Python-based solutions.
  • Develop and maintain AI-powered solutions leveraging NLP, machine learning, and generative AI for data analysis and decision support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and translate them into automated workflows.
  • Implement, monitor, and continuously improve automation systems to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI, RPA, and automation technologies to propose innovative solutions.
  • Document processes, maintain workflow repositories, and ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in automation development, AI tools integration, or workflow optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) and integration platforms (Zapier, Make, Workato).
  • Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages used for automation.
  • Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs for developing intelligent solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools for deployment and monitoring of automation pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience integrating AI chatbots, virtual assistants, or custom LLM-based tools into workflows.
  • Knowledge of data engineering, ETL, and API integration best practices.
  • Understanding of process mining and task automation analytics.
  • Certifications in RPA, AI, or cloud technologies (UiPath Certified, Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, etc.).
