German Language Expert - Automotive Domain

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled professional with strong expertise in the German language (B2+) and Automotive domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in client communication, testing processes, and Agile tools, and will play a key role in bridging technical and linguistic gaps between teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead client communications fluently in German , including conducting and summarizing meetings in both German and English .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the Automotive domain , ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Apply knowledge in Verification & Validation (V&V) , unit testing , and HIL testing .
• Work with tools such as JIRA , GitHub , and SVN ; experience with Kanban boards is a plus.
• Contribute to test planning , test case creation , release planning , and sprint planning .
• Perform code reviews , refactoring, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Mentor and manage team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Document technical artifacts and maintain clear communication across stakeholders.
