Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Purchasing Manager. The Purchasing Manager will handle the procurement of materials, negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods. The role involves monitoring inventory, maintaining supplier relationships, assessing product quality, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and manage budgets effectively while optimizing supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in procurement functions, supplier management, and contract negotiation
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills for inventory management and cost control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining vendor relationships
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience with ERP systems and other procurement tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in purchasing or supply chain roles
• Knowledge of the real estate or construction industry is an advantage
