Job description1–3 years of design experience (agency / startup / event branding preferred). Strong command of tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva. Understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. Ability to create minimalist, modern, and emotionally resonant designs. Quick turnaround and openness to feedback loops. About Flexi Pitches :
Flexi Pitches is where Top 1% leaders meet the next generation of startups. We host demo nights, award showcases, and category launches that connect founders, investors, and mentors under one roof.
We’re looking for a designer who can turn ideas into visuals that grab attention — sharp, clean, and on-brand.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design creative assets for posts, pitch decks, invites, and award templates.
- Create event collaterals — standees, banners, digital screens, and certificates.
- Translate event ideas and founder briefs into visually compelling stories.
- Maintain brand consistency across all Flexi ecosystem verticals (Roundtables, Pitches, Intern).
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver campaign creatives on time.
- Manage multiple design requests, from static to short animated formats (if familiar with tools like After Effects or Canva motion).
