The Role

  • We're looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to act as the No. 2 within the CEO, CBO office. This is not a support role - this is about owning and building businesses within 1DS.

You'll take charge of integrating practices within our two core engines :

  • RevStack (Market Intelligence) - making sense of data, competition, and category dynamics for brands.
  • RevIniti (Media Deployment) - running scaled, tech-led performance marketing on top of commerce platforms.
  • Alongside, you'll institutionalise how the company learns and operates - setting up training practices, wikis, playbooks, and frameworks that make 1DigitalStack sharper every day.
  • Ecommerce Business Experience is highly preferred - understanding of all drivers of ecommerce sales and marketing across all marketplace platforms

    • What You'll Do

  • Own client level P&L to RevStack + RevIniti practices - drive better reporting practices to clients and overall better outcomes.
  • Institutionalise training, learning and implementation practices for media deployment. Draw up a playbook for evaluating media objectives, creating evaluation / reporting practices and daily implementation practices
  • Create a knowledge + training engine (wiki, onboarding, skill pathways, certifications) that scales our talent.
  • Work directly with the CBO on strategy, partnerships, and new bets.

    • What We're Looking For

  • Ideally an ex-entrepreneur especially in the B2B space
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, or business leadership.
  • Someone who thrives in 0- 1 and 1- 10 environments.
  • Balance of strategic thinking and execution hustle - able to go from whiteboarding strategy in the morning to solving a client problem by evening.
  • Leadership DNA - ability to attract, inspire, and scale teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset : you want to build, not manage.
