SAP Automation Tester

Role Overview

We are looking for an SAP Automation Tester with hands-on experience in automating SAP functional processes using tools like Tosca , OPA , Worksoft Certify , or similar automation frameworks. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts for SAP applications.

Work with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and testing requirements .

Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for SAP modules.

Support test planning, test case creation, and defect management .

Analyze test results, report defects, and ensure timely closure.

Ensure automation suite stability and continuous improvement.

Work closely with SAP functional consultants to validate end-to-end processes.

Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

2–4 years of experience in SAP Automation Testing .

Hands-on experience with any of the following tools :

Tricentis Tosca (preferred)

Worksoft Certify

OPA Automation

UFT or Selenium (added advantage)

Knowledge of SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, PP, or HCM (basic understanding).

Experience creating and executing test cases, test scripts, and test data .

Familiarity with API testing and test management tools (qTest, JIRA, ALM, etc.).

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication with the ability to work independently

Attention to detail and strong documentation skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT (preferred)

Relevant certifications (e.g., Tosca AS1 / AS2 ) are an added plus
