Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead - Inside Sales for our growing inside sales team based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of relevant experience in inside sales, team management, and business development, with a proven ability to drive sales performance, mentor team members, and optimize sales processes.
Key Responsibilities :
○Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5–12 tele callers.
○Set clear performance targets, KPIs, and monitor team productivity.
○Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations.
○Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
○Ensure consistent pipeline development through outbound calling, query resolution, objection handling, and CRM utilization.
○Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
○Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to close sales.
○Manage and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
○Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
○Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management.
○Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales activities effectively.
○Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process for greater efficiency and conversion.
○Implement best practices and stay updated on industry trends
