Job Description : Manager - Sales (US Market)

Location : Remote (Work from Home)

Shift : US Night Shift (10 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM IST)

Work Days : 5.5 Days (Monday–Friday + Monday Morning Sync)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-impact Manager - Sales who can lead from the front. You will not just manage a dashboard; you will lead a squad of Program Advisors while maintaining your own edge as an Individual Contributor. This is a role for a hunter who is ready to mentor the next generation of sales leaders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to maximize performance and achievement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and consistently hit sales targets.

2. Individual Contribution (Direct Sales)

  • Act as an Individual Contributor by developing new leads and managing your own pipeline.
  • Execute outbound calls to potential customers and follow up relentlessly on leads.
  • Understand customer needs to identify sales opportunities and answer inquiries via email / calls.
  • 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Interpret sales data with an analytical mindset to derive actionable insights for the broader team.
  • What We Are Looking For (The Must-Haves)

  • Proven Leadership : Experience in sales management or a Team Lead role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • EdTech / B2C DNA : Strong background in B2C sales, preferably in the education or technology sectors.
  • US Shift : Experience working in night / US shifts is not mandatory.
  • Analytical Mindset : Ability to interpret sales data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication : Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and motivate team members.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or CS is a plus, but not mandatory).
