We’re a growing specialty coffee brand on a mission to transform coffee experiences across the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (HORECA) sector. We're looking for a dynamic, driven, and strategic HORECA Service professional.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of coffee machines. Conduct preventive servicing, troubleshoot issues, replace parts, and ensure optimal machine performance and hygiene. Provide on-site support and maintain service records.

Qualifications & Skills

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering

1–3 years of experience in machine servicing (preferably coffee or beverage equipment)

Strong technical and troubleshooting skills

Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Ability to work independently and travel for service calls
