Job description

Job Title : Application Architect

Location : Bengaluru / Chennai

Experience : 10 - 12 Years

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 10+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 4+ years in a Solution or Application Architect role.

Polyglot Proficiency : Proven expertise in designing and building enterprise-grade applications using at least two of the following stacks :

  • Microsoft Stack : .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework.
  • Python Stack : Django, Flask, FastAPI, and related data libraries.
  • Node.js Stack : Express.js, NestJS, TypeScript.

Architectural Expertise : Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, domain-driven design (DDD), RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).

Cloud Computing : Hands-on experience architecting and deploying solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

DevOps & MLOps :

  • Deep understanding of CI / CD principles and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
  • Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM / Bicep.
  • Solid grasp of MLOps principles and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Sagemaker, Azure ML).

    • Data Systems : Experience architecting solutions that involve various database technologies, including relational (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB, DynamoDB) databases.

    Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional cloud architect certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
  • Experience with serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale digital transformation or platform modernization projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
