in residential or lifestyle / retail sales. Prior exposure to

lifestyle retail, premium real estate, or high-involvement customer sales

is highly preferred.

Candidates from a

real estate background must be from the developer / builder’s side

(not channel partners / brokerage).

Position Overview

We are seeking

a Residential Sales Associate

who can go beyond transactional selling to create meaningful engagements with customers seeking homes that embody

community, dignity, and lifestyle for their senior years . This role requires

deep empathy, consultative selling, and the ability to position senior living residences as a lifestyle choice

rather than just a property purchase.

Key Responsibilities

Drive residential sales for senior living communities through

consultative lifestyle selling .

Build strong relationships with prospects (55+ buyers & their families), understanding their needs and aspirations.

Conduct site visits, walkthroughs, and personalized presentations that highlight lifestyle amenities and care ecosystem.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales approach with customer experience design.

Maintain CRM systems, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

3–6 years of sales experience in

lifestyle retail, premium residential real estate, or high-involvement customer sales .

Strong preference for candidates from

builder / developer-side real estate sales

or luxury retail / hospitality brands.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to engage with senior citizens and their families with patience, empathy, and consultative approach.

Target-driven yet relationship-oriented, with a proven record of converting high-value sales.
