Job description2–5 years in B2C Sales / Business Development (EdTech or high-ticket B2C preferred). Proven team management experience with revenue target achievement. Strong sales acumen, closing expertise, and consultative approach. Excellent communication in English + regional language (Hindi / Gujarati / Odia / Malayalam / Bengali). Target-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments. Drive direct business impact and own the closure function. Attractive CTC + performance incentives. Fast-track growth to senior leadership roles.

Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic BDM to lead our Closures Team, driving revenue by converting qualified leads into enrolled learners. You will manage a team of BDEs and Team Leads, ensure high closure rates, and optimize the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end closure process and maximize conversions.
- Manage and coach BDEs / TLs on consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation.
- Implement structured closure SOPs, pitch scripts, and maintain CRM hygiene.
- Analyze funnel performance and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with Demo and other teams for seamless lead handover.
