We are expanding our HR team and inviting strong L&D professionals to join us in shaping capability-building initiatives across the organization.

Role : Learning & Development (L&D)

We are seeking a proactive and energetic candidate with strong facilitation, training, and program management skills to enhance our learning culture across corporate & field.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and evaluate learning programs across functions
• Conduct behavioral, functional, and compliance training sessions
• Drive training calendars, attendance, feedback, and assessments
• Coordinate with external trainers, institutes, and vendors
• Identify capability gaps and create targeted development interventions
• Support onboarding & induction programs
• Maintain LMS / training MIS and ensure documentation compliance

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
