Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hub Operations Manager for our Pune location. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage day-to-day operations at the hub, ensuring smooth processes, customer satisfaction, and optimal efficiency. This role involves leading the operations team, improving systems, and implementing best practices to align with Spinnys business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Operational Efficiency :
2. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to enhance hub efficiency.
3. Monitor and optimize hub operations to achieve cost-effectiveness and service excellence.
4. Process Improvement :
5. Identify and address bottlenecks in systems and processes to improve workflows.
6. Regularly evaluate performance metrics and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
7. Team Management :
8. Supervise and lead the operations team, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
9. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
10. Day-to-Day Operations :
11. Oversee inventory management, vehicle inspections, and order fulfillment processes.
12. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
13. Customer Focus :
14. Act as a point of escalation for customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
15. Work closely with the sales and service teams to enhance customer experience.
