Associate Creative Director, Visuals

We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director (Art) with 5–8 years of experience — someone passionate about health, wellness, and pharma who can translate complex ideas into powerful, human, and visually compelling stories.

If you have a strong design sensibility, a keen understanding of healthcare communication, and the drive to create work that informs, inspires, and changes behavior — we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do :

🔹 Lead concept, visualization, execution & direction of healthcare and wellness campaigns across formats

🔹 Partner closely with copy, strategy, and medical content teams to deliver meaningful brand stories

🔹 Maintain high creative standards and ensure scientific accuracy meets creative impact

🔹 Present creative ideas confidently to internal teams and clients

🔹 Mentor, guide, and inspire the creative team to push for brave, purposeful work

What We’re Looking For :

• 5–8 years of experience in art direction / creative leadership , ideally within healthcare, wellness, or pharma advertising
• A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and design craft across print, digital, film, and integrated campaigns
• Ability to simplify complex medical ideas into visually engaging narratives
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and curious about the science behind every brief
• A degree in any discipline — great ideas don’t need prescriptions
