We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 11-12 years of experience in the job market context of India and will be responsible for leading the agile transformation of our organization.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies across the organization
Coach and mentor teams and individuals on Agile best practices
Lead Agile training sessions for teams and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement
Provide guidance and support to Scrum Masters and Product Owners
Ensure consistent application of Agile principles and practices across the organization
Monitor and report on Agile adoption and progress
Continuously improve Agile processes and practices based on feedback and industry best practices

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

11-12 years of experience in Agile Coaching or related roles

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent certification

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership and coaching abilities

In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean

Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Agile Central

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
