Role : Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience : 3–8 years

Mode : Work From Office (WFO)

Location : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities :

• Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizens, etc.) to potential clients and partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients
• Identify job requirements, submit qualified consultants, and manage end-to-end placement cycle
• Negotiate rates, track submissions, and ensure compliance with employment laws
• Support consultants through the entire process — from marketing to onboarding

Qualifications :

3–8+ years of experience in Bench Sales / IT Staffing

Strong understanding of IT technologies and domains

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Proven success in bench marketing and placements

Hands-on experience with portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder & LinkedIn
