About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Functional Consultant to drive design, workshops, requirement gathering, and solution delivery within large-scale SAP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP TM expertise along with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Gather business requirements and lead design discussions, workshops, demos, and advisory sessions.
• Identify solution gaps in SAP TM and define strategies to address them.
• Collaborate closely with SAP TM functional teams; ability to lead the functional team is an added advantage.
• Work with senior and junior business stakeholders to drive and influence solution design.
• Independently handle functional workstreams in large SAP implementation projects following SAP Activate methodology.
• Conduct customer workshops, lead requirement gathering, and drive end-to-end SAP TM solution execution.
• Provide creative and pragmatic solutions to business challenges.
