Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Project Coordinator Intern to support our project teams. You will assist in coordinating project tasks, communications, and documentation—helping ensure projects stay on track and stakeholders stay informed.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking project tasks and milestones
• Coordinate internal teams, meetings, follow-ups, and deliverable handoffs
• Maintain project documentation, logs, and reports (status updates, risk logs, action items)
• Communicate with stakeholders (internal teams, clients) to gather input and share updates
• Support in monitoring timelines, deadlines, resource allocation, and dependencies
• Help identify bottlenecks or issues, escalate when needed, and propose solutions
• Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, or metrics reports
• Undertake ad hoc coordination tasks to support project success
