Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Professional with strong communication skills, sound HR knowledge, and a proactive approach. The ideal candidatewill play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting the organization’s growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exit formalities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with organizational goals
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a healthy and positive work environment
- Handle grievance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with professionalism
- Conduct performance reviews and assist department heads in talent management and succession planning
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review
- Foster transparent communication and act as a bridge between management and employees.
