The Role
As a Team Leader for Area Admissions, you are responsible for leading a high-performing team of 5-8Area Admission Officers (AAOs). You will own the end-to-end funnel for your territory, driving your team to conduct effective school / home counseling sessions and consistently meet admission targets for the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Funnel Management : Lead a team of AAOs, driving them through rigorous daily activity management, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking.
- Lead Conversion Mastery : Ensure every lead generated from school events, digital marketing, and other channels is pursued relentlessly and effectively.
- Field Coaching & Closing : Live in the field with your team, coaching them on their pitch, handling objections, and stepping in to close prospects yourself.
- Daily Rigor : Conduct high-energy daily huddles, review individual pipelines, and manage the team&aposs CRM hygiene.
- Data-Driven Decisions : Master key metrics (lead-to-visit ratio, visit-to-close ratio, etc.) and use data to make tactical decisions that drive revenue.
Who You Are
You have 4-7 years of experience in field counselling / sales.You have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience managing a direct field sales team of 5+ members.You are an exceptional closer who loves counselling and can inspire that same passion in your teamYou have experience in effectively reviewing and managing admission funnels, CRM tools, and using data to drive performance.You own a two-wheeler and are ready to be on the move constantly.Skills : crm,team leadership,field sales techniques,edtech,team handling,visit
