Role OverviewThe Intern will support the leadership team in financial analysis, operational reporting, and decision-making processes. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in fintech / NBFC operations, financial modeling, and cross-functional business coordination. High performers will have a direct pathway to a pre-placement offer (PPO) or full-time role. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update a 3-statement financial model + cash runway on a weekly basis.
- Analyze unit economics, pricing, and revenue streams; run sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions.
- Build board and investor decks, and maintain an organized data room for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to unblock decisions and streamline processes.
- Track weekly KPIs, identify trends, and draft a concise founder memo with actionable insights.
- Support ad hoc finance, operations, and business analysis projects as required. Key Qualifications & Skills
- Strong Excel / Sheets skills and finance fundamentals (NPV, IRR, cohort analysis).
- Ability to create clear, structured slides and articulate insights in writing.
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors in numbers.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets / Excel, Slides, Notion, Confluence.
- Knowledge of SQL or Python is an added advantage. Core Competencies
