Job description1 / 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, CRO, or Growth Marketing. Proven success in scaling organic traffic and conversions for high-traffic websites or brands. Deep understanding of search intent, user journey mapping, AI SEO and on-page / off-page SEO. Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini etc.). Excellent analytical skills using tools like GA4, GSC, Data Studio, and SEO crawlers. Ability to think creatively, strategically, and execute with precision.
At A&B Luxury, We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative SCRO Lead to spearhead our SEO + Conversion Rate Optimization initiatives. This role will be pivotal in driving organic growth, enhancing user experience, and integrating AI-led SEO innovation across our brands.
Job Profile :
- Lead and manage the SEO / SCRO team to deliver measurable organic growth across multiple brands.
- Develop and execute AI-powered SEO strategies to stay ahead of search evolution and algorithm updates.
- Identify growth opportunities through content, UX, and funnel optimization.
- Conduct ongoing CRO testing (A / B, multivariate) to boost engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement optimization strategies effectively.
- Analyze data, track KPIs, and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Stay updated with the latest in AI SEO tools, search trends, and conversion psychology.
- Build playbooks, frameworks, and process improvements for the SEO / SCRO function.
