Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and Mentor : Supervise, coach, and develop a team of data analysts to ensure high-quality output and career growth.
• Data Strategy & Execution : Drive data initiatives that support business objectives by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities through advanced analytics.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.
• Reporting & Visualization : Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and regular reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Data Quality & Governance : Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems. Define and enforce data governance best practices.
• Project Management : Prioritize, plan, and oversee the delivery of data projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Analytics : Apply statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Tooling & Automation : Drive automation of recurring data processes and reporting to improve efficiency.
