At Soot 4 Brand, we create high-impact digital content and brand stories through top-notch photography, videography, and social media content. From fashion shoots to celebrity campaigns, we bring brands to life with creativity and passion. We're now looking for a Social Media Manager / Producer who can drive our online presence and content strategy across platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Social Media Management : Handle multiple Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook pages with a consistent content calendar.
  • Soci : Should be proficient with Canva, Photoshop (basic level). Knowledge of Illustrator and Video editing is a bonus.
  • Creative Ideation : Strong sense of trends, current memes, formats, and reel strategies. Capable of generating creative content ideas aligned with brand identity.
  • Ad Campaigns : Should be confident in handling Meta Ads (Instagram / Facebook) and YouTube Ad Campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Content Creation : Ability to write scripts, draft storyboards, and curate content across formats – reels, shorts, carousels, etc.
  • Team Coordination : Guide editors / content teams on direction, tone, and execution of content.
  • Production Support : Assist in on-ground shoots, video production activities, and managing content workflows.
  • Research & Insights : Stay updated with market trends, competitors' strategies, and audience insights for data-driven decisions.
  • Influencers Database : Should be able to do tieups with Influencers and Models for the company's upcoming projects.

Requirements :

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media or digital content creation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for storytelling and branding.
  • Understanding of influencer and creator ecosystems is a plus.
