Key Responsibilities
Upskilling front-end staff on optometry standards and best practices, including sales pitches, dispensing guidance, and customer query handling.
Delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example in driving key business metrics.
Maintaining eye test quality and dispensing standards throughout the cluster.
Working as a store optometrist during busy hours or covering shifts.
Monitoring and improving the performance of store staff, including eye test and dispensing performance.
Skills And Qualifications
A strong foundation in optometry, including knowledge of eye exams, dispensing, and troubleshooting.
Experience in an optical retail environment, including sales, customer service, and dispensing.

Ability to coach and mentor other optometrists and front-end staff.
