Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced Scrum certifications (e.G., Advanced Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional) or equivalent certification. 7+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment. Strong understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies including the Scrum framework and experience in tools such as Jira and Confluence. Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.G., Kanban, Lean). Expert knowledge in developing / driving / presentation with metrics and KPIs Self-managed and motivated individual with strong leadership skills. Excellent written, oral and presentation skills. Works with minimal oversight and proactively communicates status and risks to project leadership. Ability to work well in a team environment
