Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Science Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science, with a proven ability to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems.

This role requires expertise in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning, with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.

Exposure to Microsoft AI tools and agentic AI paradigms will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement advanced data science models to solve business problems.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to derive insights using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify use cases and develop data-driven strategies.
• Develop and deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Support and implement MLOps practices to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of models.
• Explore and experiment with Agentic AI paradigms including autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and orchestration frameworks.
• Document models, processes, and workflows and ensure compliance with best practices.
