Job description

At POSIMYTH Innovations, we are focused on creating high-quality WordPress products. To support this, we are developing a scalable and reusable component library and are looking for skilled React / Next.js developers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

Build reusable and maintainable React / Next.js components for web applications.
Convert Figma / Sketch designs into high-quality code while preserving design integrity.
Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and performance of components.
Follow best practices for code structure, Git workflow, and version control.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design handoff and component integration.
Work on component library development using React.js and Next.js.
Follow design system principles to ensure consistency across UI components.

Requirements :

1+ years of experience with React.js and Next.js development.

Strong understanding of component-based architecture and design systems.

Experience in Figma-to-code workflows and pixel-perfect implementation.

Ability to build reusable, scalable, and maintainable components.

Familiarity with state management, props, hooks, and UI optimisation techniques.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
