Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at Aduri Infra Pvt Ltd, located in Hyderabad. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property sales, interacting with clients, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include showing properties to potential buyers, negotiating sales agreements, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations. The role requires maintaining relationships with clients and guiding them through the buying process.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent Sales skills and ability to negotiate
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of the local Hyderabad real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
