Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate faculty member specializing in Operations and General Management to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, curriculum development, and contributing to the overall growth of the department and institution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Teaching & Learning
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Strategy, and General Management .
- Develop innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, and research work.
- Curriculum Development
- Design, update, and enhance course content to align with industry trends and academic standards.
- Collaborate with peers to ensure interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
- Research & Publications
- Undertake high-quality research in the areas of Operations and General Management.
- Publish papers in reputed national and international journals.
- Participate in conferences, seminars, and faculty development programs.
- Institutional Contribution
- Support departmental initiatives, student activities, and industry collaborations.
- Engage in administrative and accreditation-related tasks as required.
- Contribute towards building strong industry-academia relationships.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Educational Qualification :Ph.D. in Management / Operations / General Management (preferred).MBA or Master's degree in related field with excellent academic record.Experience :Minimum 1 years of teaching / industry / research experience.Freshers with exceptional academic credentials may also be considered for entry-level faculty positions.Skills & Competencies :Strong knowledge of Operations, Strategy, General Management, and related domains .Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Research orientation with ability to publish in quality journals.Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.Show more
