Solution / Technical Architect Open-Source Stack : 12 to 15 years

Location : Kochi

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution / Technical Architect with strong expertise in open source technologies. The ideal candidate will design, architect, and oversee the implementation of large-scale, high performance, and secure platforms leveraging Java, Node.js, and microservices Responsibilities :

• Define and own the technical architecture for enterprise-grade, scalable solutions on open-source platforms.
• Lead the design of microservices-based architectures, ensuring modularity, performance, and Drive performance tuning strategies for high-volume, low-latency platforms.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices, compliance requirements, and secure coding standards.
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, and engineering teams to establish cloud-native solutions (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Evaluate and adopt open-source frameworks, libraries, and tools to optimize solution design.
• Mentor developers and enforce coding, testing, and architectural standards.
• Conduct proof of concepts (PoCs) for new frameworks and Skills & Experience :
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in an architect role.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Express.js, REST, GraphQL.
• Proven experience in designing large-scale distributed systems and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience in performance optimization, caching strategies (Redis, Memcached), and database tuning (SQL / NoSQL).
• Strong understanding of security principles, OWASP, and identity management (OAuth2, JWT, SAML, OpenID Connect).
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines, DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage with cross-functional stakeholders
