Hyperautomation Architect - Generative AI

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced GenAI & Hyperautomation Architect to join our digital transformation journey.

This is a purely onsite role in Hyderabad, with a strict no-remote policy.

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 15 years of experience in driving enterprise-level automation and AI initiatives.

Role Summary :

This is not a generic BA or developer role.

You will serve as a strategic architect and advisor, working closely with senior stakeholders to accelerate the organizations hyperautomation journey by identifying, analyzing, and executing impactful automation use cases using Generative AI, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and Data Analytics.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining an automation pipeline, evaluating GenAI-driven opportunities, and delivering measurable value across business units.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and drive the automation and GenAI strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify high-impact use cases across departments for RPA and GenAI adoption.
• Design end-to-end intelligent automation solutions integrating GenAI, NLP, ML, and RPA technologies.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap of automation opportunities with clear ROI metrics.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to convert ideas into actionable and scalable solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in the AI and automation space.
• Ensure solution architecture is robust, secure, and compliant with organizational standards.
