8+ years of Pega development experience.

2+ years in a leadership or senior developer role.

Strong expertise in Pega PRPC, BPM, and application development.

Pega Certified CSSA or LSA

Experience with Pega Decisioning and integration with third-party systems.

Experience with the Infinity version is a plus.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
