Purpose :
The primary purpose of this role is to support the IT Business in managing Integration solutions comprised of both proprietary and open-source components, including provisioning, configuring, deploying, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly the AAL Integration Services.
Key competences :
Advanced knowledge of Integration technologies.
Extensive experience in Unix scripting.
Ability to make independent as well as collaborative decisions during expected or unexpected situations and ability to priorities and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to draft and maintain business documentation.
Exceptional knowledge of service and application infrastructure delivery.
Demonstrated record of adhering to service level agreements.
Willingness and flexibility to work outside of standard office hours, and on weekends as required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
Specific activities required :
Support the Integration based applications and middleware, including performing triage for issues, root cause analysis, BAU and project requirements and implementation, API management and integration environment security, monitoring and performance analysis.
Administrate, support, and manage the ACE12.X,IIBv10.X, IBM MQ 9.X, IBM MQFTE v9.X, DataPower and Rabbit MQ, as well as other open-source messaging and integration applications.
Implement and manage secure file transfer within Allianz internally and liaise effectively with external partners.
Act as technical lead for high demanding and agile project and initiatives in the integration space.
Support all non-production and production / DR environment and apply trouble shooting techniques for production issues.
Collaborate with Infrastructure Architects, developers, vendors and / or external partners to support, and provide feedback on, integration designs and requirements analysis.
Install, configure, secure, deploy, maintain, and automate integration systems and project documentation.
Provide 24 / 7 on-call support as required, during monthly releases and out of cycle deployments.
Perform monitoring and troubleshooting via tools, such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
