Brand Co-Pilot Needed - Streetwear Fashion Brand

We built a profitable t-shirt brand (The Tee Shop) from scratch. Focused on printed slogans and couplewear — and we know the space has massive potential.

But we need fresh energy. Someone who lives and breathes ecomm + D2C brands.

You don’t need to be a unicorn. Just someone who’s hungry to build.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR :

A startup hustler who’s tired of doing boring agency work or freelancing for one-time campaigns.

Someone who wants skin in the game. A digital-native, brand-first mind who understands content, commerce, and creativity.

You’ll Handle :

Product & Collection Development

  • Develop new collections monthly (e.g., “Toxic Love Series”, “BFF Hoodies”, “Gen-Z Drops”)
  • Source trending high-quality blanks & materials
  • Work with designers, textile vendors & indie creators
  • Add new products : hoodies, tees, sweatshirts, accessories
  • Explore dropshipping, white-label, and resell tie-ups with other brands
  • E-commerce & Distribution Expansion

  • Relaunch operations on Amazon & Instagram Shop
  • Launch on Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Shopsy & Blinkit / Fast Commerce
  • Build A+ listings, SEO, catalog, photoshoots & merchandising
  • Explore offline expansion : lifestyle stores, boutiques, events
  • Unlock B2B deals : corporate gifting, retail tie-ups, hospitals, salons, fitness chains
  • Marketing, Creators & Growth

  • Lead influencer deals, creator tie-ups, UGC collaborations
  • Run & optimize Meta Ads + retargeting funnel
  • Build viral Reel-first content strategies
  • Strengthen brand storytelling & emotional marketing
  • Align product drops with seasons and moments (Valentine, Winter, Festive, Trends)
  • Business Strategy & Operations

  • Co-own brand relaunch strategy across Website, Amazon & Socials
  • Identify whitespace (Gen-Z designs, feminist tees, limited drops, festive bundles)
  • Build 3-month and 6-month roadmap with KPIs
  • Manage production timelines, inventory, vendors & logistics
  • Set up partner stores, reseller programs, affiliate channels
  • Prepare decks & pitch materials for investors and partnerships
  • Ideal Candidate Profile

    We’re looking for someone who can think like a founder, not an employee.

  • Prior experience with streetwear, fashion or D2C brands (MUST)
  • Hustler mentality — can grow with limited resources
  • Creative thinker with strong design & trend sense
  • Network in textiles, vendors, manufacturers (big plus)
  • Ex-founder / product manager / brand operator background preferred
  • Comfortable building everything from scratch — content, marketing, ops, sourcing
  • Passion for fashion + ability to turn ideas into action
