Job description

Key Deliverables :

  • Design and develop backend modules of the feature management capability for FICO's decisioning platform.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, UX teams, and architects to align technical direction.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote code quality, security, and engineering best practices.
  • Evaluate architecture and performance, ensuring scalability, stability, and interoperability.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Hands-on backend development using Java 17, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
  • Implement secure, RESTful and gRPC-based APIs; manage deployments via Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Handle database integrations with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
  • Contribute to Agile development processes, performance tuning, and cloud-native deployments (AWS / GCP / Azure).
