About the Learning and Development Department :

The company places special importance on skill development and learning. The Learning and Development (L&D) department is responsible for effectively and efficiently delivering the upskilling needs of the company, ranging from diverse technical subjects to innovative managerial and leadership subjects. The learning journeys are designed such that they guide trainees through the four stages of the competency cycle. The department is at the forefront of enabling TresVista as a Learning Organization.

About the Role :

We are seeking a strategic Learning and development Consultant to join our learning consulting team. This role is ideal for experienced L&D professionals who are ready to transition into a more strategic, solution-oriented position. It offers a unique opportunity for senior trainers or facilitators to evolve into future L&D leaders by driving business impact through innovative and practical learning strategies

Key Responsibilities :

  • Learning Consulting & Problem Solving
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business units by diagnosing performance challenges and proposing high-quality and practical learning solutions. This should be done using a structured problem-solving approach from conducting Training Needs Identification (TNI) to measuring Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Strategic Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Conduct in-depth assessments to identify skill gaps, root causes, and opportunities for impactful learning interventions
  • Solution Architecture
  • Design scalable, business-aligned learning strategies grounded in adult learning principles and modern instructional design frameworks
  • Learning Modality Advisory
  • Recommend optimal learning formats (digital, blended, experiential) tailored to user needs and business goals
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and leadership to co-create effective learning roadmaps
  • Measurement & ROI
  • Define success metrics, evaluate learning effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement
  • Process Optimization
  • Enhance L&D processes for greater agility, efficiency, and impact
  • Thought Leadership
  • Stay updated on L&D trends and contribute innovative ideas to shape the organization’s AI first learning strategy

Required Qualifications and Skills :

  • 6–15 years of progressive experience in L&D, with a strong focus on consulting and strategic solutioning
  • Proven ability to diagnose business challenges and architect learning solutions that drive measurable performance
  • Expertise in solutioning, adult learning modalities, and learning technologies
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with learning analytics, LMS platforms, and blended learning strategies
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive change across organizational levels
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, and dynamic environment
  • Educational Qualifications and Certifications :

  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate (HR, Organizational Development, or L&D is preferred)
  • Preferred Attributes :

  • Experience managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Exposure to agile learning methodologies and digital transformation in L&D
  • Background in organizational development or change management is a plus
  • Passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and delivering business impact
