Role Overview :  Lead a high-performing sales team focused on converting high-intent leads into enrollments for premium programs priced between - 1.5 Lakh - 2 Lakh. Drive revenue, enforce process discipline, and coach the team for excellence.

Job Title :  Sales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 6-12 sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Set and monitor daily and weekly sales targets aligned with revenue goals.
  • Own part of the revenue quota and ensure 90%+ team target achievement.
  • Drive conversions for high-ticket consultative sales programs.
  • Coach sales executives on consultative selling techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
  • Track and analyze key funnel metrics : conversion rate (3-6%), connect rate, and productivity.
  • Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead flow and customer experience.
  • Implement and enforce sales processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to the team.

Required Skillsets :

  • Proven 4-6 years of experience in B2C inside sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership role.
  • Expertise in high-ticket consultative sales and closing large-ticket deals.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales performance management.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities.
  • Process-oriented mindset with strong discipline around sales execution.
  • Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills.
  • Working hours :  09 : 00am - 06 : 00pm (Work from Office role)

    Working days :  Mon - Sat (3rd Saturdays off)
