C2H IT Recruiter / Sr. IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring we attract top talent for our client's needs. You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and offers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to drive team performance
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for the roles
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
- Foster relationships with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively compete for talent
Requirements
Required Qualifications
