We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Officer for a Bancassurance role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cross-selling life insurance products to bank customers, managing relationships, and driving business growth through strategic customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales : Actively cross-sell life insurance products to bank customers.
- Lead Management : Utilize leads generated from the assigned bank to make appointments and explore customers' financial needs.
- Customer Acquisition : Acquire new customers by effectively using the bank's database, foot traffic, and generated prospects.
- Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank customers for business development.
- Process & Compliance : Accurately complete sales documentation and facilitate the completion of medical reports to ensure the prompt issuance of policy documents.
- Training & Coaching : Support and coach other Relationship Managers and the bank's sales team on product knowledge and selling skills.
Required Candidate Profile
Experience : A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required, with a background in the insurance or BFSI sector being mandatory. Candidates from other sales verticals like banking, pharma, retail, and telecom are also encouraged to apply.Education : A graduate degree is a must.Skills : Strong relationship management and sales skills, with a track record of good performance and employment stability.Perks and Benefits
