Job Description :
We need a Full Stack Developer who gets excited about building robust, scalable observability solutions. You'll work on systems that monitor and diagnose issues for leading companies worldwide. You'll own critical features, solve complex problems, and see your impact in production every day.
Responsibilities :
Build and optimize observability tools that help companies monitor and fix their systems in real-time.
Develop end-to-end features using Golang, Python and React.
Design APIs and services that handle massive scale and complexity.
Solve challenging performance and reliability problems with creative solutions.
Take ownership of projects from conception to production deployment.
Work closely with a team that values technical excellence and direct feedback.
Qualifications :
Strong experience with Golang - this is non-negotiable for us.
Proficiency in React, Typescript and modern JavaScript.
Experience with Python.
Solid understanding of distributed systems and scalability challenges.
Track record of solving complex technical problems.
Comfortable with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think from first principles.
Bonus Points :
Experience with observability / monitoring tools or APM solutions.
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Kubernetes, Docker, or Kafka experience.
Contributions to open-source projects.
History of technical leadership, ownership and mentoring.
