Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mohali district for a Personal Banker- Assets. The Personal Banker will be responsible for managing deposits, opening new accounts, providing finance-related assistance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with customers to understand their banking needs, advising on various banking products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction with their banking experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Banking, Assets sales, Disbursements and Opening New Accounts.
• Knowledge in Finance and related areas
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field is a plus
