Ability to gather, interpret, and analyze market data to support strategic decisions.
2. Sensory Evaluation Skills
Experience or understanding of how to conduct external and internal product sensory tests.
3. Field Marketing
To execute on-ground marketing activities like sampling, activations, and consumer interactions.
4. Sales Data Interpretation
Competence in collecting and analyzing sales data to evaluate performance and trends.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
Ability to work with Purchase, Audit, and other internal departments for compliance and alignment.
6. Communication Skills
Strong written and verbal communication to interact effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Competency in preparing weekly reports, market visit notes, and activity summaries.
8. Project Execution
Ability to plan, execute, and monitor marketing initiatives independently or with a team.
